DESIGNING EMERGENCE IN SYSTEMS OF SYSTEMS USING INFORMATION STREAMS

Abstract Systems complexity is increasing, in particular, when systems become of (SoS). SoS are composed constituent (CS), have unique goals for the CS and as a whole, present new SoS-level properties called emergent properties. Emergent because they only appear at system level.
